API for deal parties

Outside parties on a deal can do from their own systems what they do in the portal: read the deal, their position and notices, and send indications, questions and covenant reports. Access uses the same login as the portal, so it sees only your deals.

1. Sign in for a token

Returns access_token (valid one hour) and refresh_token. Two-factor accounts complete the challenge first. Never put your password in shared scripts; use a secrets store.

2. Read your deals

One entry per deal you are on: terms (a fixed set of fields), mine (your indication, allotment and closing step) or book (totals, for issuers and borrowers), messages with the desk's replies, covenants, notices on terms.board, and your NDA and data-room status.

3. Send a message or indication

p_kind: indication (investors and banks; amount in $ millions), question, document, covenant or capex (borrowers; put the figures as JSON in p_body). Limited to 30 messages a day. An indication is not an order until the desk confirms it.
