Software for broker-dealers, placement agents, issuers and banks that work on industrial revenue bonds. Every plan is private, sign-in only, with server-enforced access and an append-only record.
How we charge
- A flat software subscription. You pay per seat for the software. The fee is never tied to a financing, its size, its closing or any allocation.
- Securitief is software only. It is operated by Applied America, which is not a placement agent, underwriter or municipal advisor, is not a party to any financing and receives no compensation from any financing.
- Investor outreach needs a registered broker-dealer of record. Using the desk to call or email investors, share offering documents or allocate bonds requires a registered broker-dealer named on the desk. That firm is responsible for its registrations, supervision under FINRA and MSRB rules, books and records, and investor eligibility.
